| CUSTOM ORDERS Custom order Bridal Gowns should be ordered 10-12 weeks in advance to avoid a rush fee. Custom order Bridesmaid Dresses should be ordered 10 weeks in advance to avoid a rush fee. We do sell off the rack as well! SAVINGS Receive 10% off your bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses, and flower girl dresses, when you purchase your bridal gown from us. If you purchase seven or more bridesmaid dresses, you will receive 15% off anytime. APPOINTMENTS We do recommend appointments when shopping for Bridal Gowns, although they are not required. In response to many of our bridal customer's requests, we have set aside Wednesday and Friday of each week as "APPOINTMENT-ONLY DAYS". While appointments are available for any day of the week, setting an appointment for your Bridal Gown shopping on one of the appointment-only days will allow us to provide you with the personalized service for which we are recognized. You may set your appoint by contacting the studio. Please see the "Appointment Page" of our website for details. STORING AND STEAMING WE STORE AND STEAM FOR FREE! We do require a 48 hour advance notice as to the day you need your dress to be steamed and ready. We suggest you set this date at the time of your last alteration appointment. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY All attire may be picked up at the studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 P.M. and Saturdays from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. DUE TO OUR APPOINTMENT-ONLY DAYS, THERE ARE NO PICK-UPS OR DELIVERIES ON WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS! We do require a 48 hour notice as to when you wish to schedule a pick-up of your items. A 48 hour notice is also required if your item is to be steamed prior to delivery to you. Again, we suggest you set this date at the time of your last alteration appointment. |
